Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist the chiropractor with patient flow and therapy setup
- Prepare the treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness of the clinic
- Perform basic therapies or modalities (as trained and permitted)
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with answering phones and handling patient communications
- Support marketing efforts such as patient follow-up and recall calls
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (EHR systems experience a plus)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
