Our clinic provides chiropractic and wellness care, while our spa offers relaxation and holistic services. We are seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our team and support both patient and guest experiences.
Position Overview
The Wellness Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring therapies, clinical support, and guest/patient services run smoothly. This position bridges hands-on therapy delivery, diagnostic imaging support, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Therapies & Clinical Support: Deliver and oversee therapies (traction, decompression, icing, shockwave, neuropathy care), assist with diagnostic imaging, guide patients/guests through treatment, and maintain therapy areas.
- Case & Care Management: Support continuity of care through communication, home therapy tracking, re-exams, and care plan presentations.
- Patient & Client Experience: Welcome and check in patients and guest. Answer phones, respond to emails, Schedule appointments and Collect payments.
- Operations & Organization: Track and maintain inventory, perform opening/closing procedures, keep therapy and spa areas sanitized and organized, and assist with front desk operations as needed.
- Education & Sales: Educate patients/guests on products, supplements, and services, and assist with financial care plan preparation.
- Team & Growth: Participate in staff meetings, training, and cross-training opportunities, contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Mobility & Travel: Be comfortable moving throughout the office during the day, and occasionally traveling for work-related needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn and operate specialized equipment (training provided).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable in both clinical and spa environments.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including spreadsheets and file management.
- Able to comfortably walk between rooms, be on your feet throughout the day, and assist patients/guests as needed.

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time to full-time opportunity, depending on candidate availability.
- The schedule includes weekdays and occasional Saturdays.
