We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to help keep our business running smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, support the staff and leadership, and ensure the office functions efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, supplies, scheduling, and IT management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for public, clients, partners, and vendors
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation (both physical and digital)
  • Support accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and receiving
  • Support engineering team with permit documentation / preparation, project tracking and coordination / correspondence, and general engineering support

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting practices is preferred
  • Experience with engineering, construction, or technical environments is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
