What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Business Office Manager position at The Meadows at East Mountain?
The Meadows at East Mountain, has an opportunity for a full-time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper.
Hours are 8:00-4:30pm Monday-Friday.
The right candidate must be proficient in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, and experience in doing payroll. This candidate will need to have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to multi-task, and should have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
The responsibilities of this job will be to:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Record journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support the bookkeeping team in day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information
-Overseeing Payroll for employees
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and financial record keeping
