As a Senior Systems Engineer on the HR and Payroll Systems team, you’ll design, implement, and optimize our HR and payroll technology landscape, including Workday, Greenhouse, Rippling, Lattice, and CultureAmp. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to build and maintain a seamless, automated, and secure systems ecosystem. This role is a blend of hands-on system configuration, technical solutioning, and strategic process improvement, ensuring our HR technology stack scales with CoreWeave’s global growth.
- Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or other HRIS platforms
- Expertise in one or more Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, integrations, and business process configuration
- Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Calculated Fields, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIRT reporting (preferred)
- Proven experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimizations
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, HRIS governance, and system security best practices
- Experience with automation tools and system integration testing
- PreferredExperience supporting global payroll systems and multi-country configurations
- Familiarity with HR analytics, dashboarding, and performance management systems
- Exposure to vendor management and third-party system integrations
