Role Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager with strong experience in internal corporate communications and change management to support enterprise IT initiatives. This role will focus on driving organization-wide IT communications and ensuring effective adoption of key technology changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a centralized IT communications strategy and plan for the organization
- Draft and deliver clear, concise communications (emails, announcements, leadership updates, FAQs)
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, timely messaging
- Lead change management efforts for enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday)
- Drive user adoption, readiness, and engagement across large-scale transformations
- Track and report on communication effectiveness and change adoption metrics
Required Experience
- 7–10 years in Program Management, Internal Communications, or Change Management
- Proven experience managing enterprise-wide IT communications
- Hands-on experience driving change management for large system implementations (ERP/CRM/HCM)
- Experience with platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Workday
- Excellent writing, stakeholder management, and communication skills
