What You'll Learn & Do
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Help develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports used by leaders across the organization.
- Assist with data integration, system implementations, and migration projects.
- Create meaningful data visualizations, scorecards, and KPI dashboards that help teams make informed business decisions.
- Validate data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies to ensure reliable business insights.
Data Analytics & Database Support
- Extract, organize, and analyze data from ERP systems, SQL databases, and other business applications.
- Build and modify SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and operational improvements.
- Document data sources, report requirements, and business rules to support consistent reporting practices.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within business data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Technology & User Support
- Assist team members in utilizing reporting and analytics tools effectively.
- Help troubleshoot data and reporting issues while learning best practices in business analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and data needs.
