Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Lines Insurance Agent at Mulvihill Insurance Services, located in Kennewick, WA. The Personal Lines Insurance Agent will provide exceptional customer service to clients, assist in evaluating client needs, recommend appropriate insurance policies, and process policy changes. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, managing customer accounts, coordinating with insurance carriers, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales, understanding of Insurance products, and strong knowledge of Insurance Brokerage processes.
- Familiarity with financial principles and the ability to analyze financial information relevant to insurance policies.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills, including communication and problem resolution abilities, to handle client needs effectively.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Current state insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with personal lines insurance are beneficial but not required.
