As The Clinical Pharmacy Program Manager, You Will
- Strategic Program Administration: Lead the planning, evaluation, and regulatory compliance of the clinical pharmacy and PGY2 Ambulatory Care Residency programs, including policy development, budget assistance, and the creation of strategic operational manuals.
- Clinical Leadership & Team Development: Provide comprehensive supervision, coaching, and performance management for a diverse team of clinical pharmacists and residents, serving as a senior resource for complex clinical issues and personnel guidance.
- Clinical Practice & Care Coordination: Deliver expert medication reviews and collaborative therapy management while facilitating seamless transitions of care through medication reconciliation and cross-functional teamwork with health providers.
- Education & Strategic Outreach: Manage clinical training and precepting for APPE students and staff, while cultivating strategic partnerships to ensure the delivery of culturally specific health education and outreach services.
- Organizational Governance & Policy Management: Lead multidisciplinary committees including Pharmacy & Therapeutics and Suboxone/Opiate Oversight while assisting with the the development, biannual review, and quality improvement of clinical policies and medication utilization processes.
- Residency Leadership & Accreditation Oversight: Direct the Residency Advisory Committee and preceptor development across multiple sites to ensure the program meets the highest standards of quality, licensure, and national accreditation requirements.

Minimum Qualifications/Transferable Skills*:
- Pharm.D from an accredited college or university
- Completion of PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency
- 3 or more years of experience in Clinical Pharmacy Leadership
- Licensed as a current registered pharmacist in the state of Oregon by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
- Valid CPR / BLS Certification upon hire
- Board Certification in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP)
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Comprehensive clinical pharmacy knowledge and practice experience in a primary care setting.
- Able to independently evaluate and synthesize data and apply evidence-based medicine principles to practice.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and constituents at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form with the health care team and with patients.
