We’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeping PM Supervisor (3pm-11:30pm) to oversee our swing shift housekeeping team at our exclusive club. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our facilities are consistently clean, orderly, and well-maintained, meeting our high standards. In this position, you will manage a talented team, assist with training, provide leadership, and ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
This is a full-time, fully on-site role at our club in Portland, OR.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and Supervise: Organize and oversee housekeeping staff on the swing shift, ensuring efficient operations and a high level of cleanliness across the club’s facilities.
- Training and Development: Conduct inspections and provide ongoing coaching to staff, helping them meet or exceed cleaning standards. Assist with training new team members and fostering a positive, motivated work environment.
- Inventory Management: Perform monthly inventory checks, track stock levels, and assist with ordering supplies like chemicals and paper products.
- Maintenance & Safety: Ensure housekeeping equipment is properly maintained, coordinating preventative upkeep and reporting any faults. Conduct regular safety training, enforce safety policies, and maintain a safe working environment for staff.
- Performance Management: Complete employee performance reviews, provide feedback, and manage corrective actions as necessary. Communicate any HR-related issues to the Housekeeping Services Manager and Facilities Director.
- Hands-On Housekeeping: Pitch in and perform cleaning duties as needed to maintain the high standards of cleanliness that our members expect.
- Experience & Skills: At least five years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a large-scale operation. Strong supervisory skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of custodial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and housekeeping supplies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and lead effectively.
- Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead a team, manage conflict, and build a cohesive working environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 75 lbs.), as well as stand and walk for extended periods./
