Role Description The Industrial HVAC Assembly Team Member is a full-time, on-site role located in Winona, MN, responsible for assembling and supporting the production of industrial HVAC equipment. This role includes reading and following engineering drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to assemble components and sub-assemblies safely and accurately. Daily responsibilities may involve mechanical assembly, mounting and connecting parts, routing and securing wiring or piping, and performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. The team member will use hand and power tools, operate basic shop equipment, and assist with material handling such as staging parts, moving units, and maintaining an organized work area. Collaboration with production leads, quality staff, and other team members is expected to troubleshoot assembly issues, report defects, and continuously improve manufacturing processes while following all safety and housekeeping standards.

- Attention to detail and basic quality inspection skills for checking measurements, verifying part fit, and identifying defects or nonconformances.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and safely handling materials and equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow direction, coordinate with coworkers, and report issues clearly and promptly.
