We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator to support our QA department in maintaining compliance and data integrity. This role is responsible for managing documentation, maintaining databases, recording inspection results, and coordinating audits—all while adhering to established GMP processes and procedures.

What You’ll Do
Documentation Management
- Organize, scan, and archive GMP-related documents
- Maintain accurate records for:
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Quality Control (QC) documentation
- Equipment and calibration logs
- Non-Conformance reports
- Assist with Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) processes
- Support non-conformance investigations and audit activities
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Enter inspection and calibration data into internal systems
- Generate and maintain quality reports and metrics
- Help schedule and prepare internal and external audits
- Maintain and update SOPs and related documentation
- Track and manage inventory of quarantined materials
- Provide general QA support and perform other duties as needed
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a QA, manufacturing, or regulated environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals
- Able to write routine reports and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret various types of instructions (written, verbal, or diagram-based)
- Regularly required to sit and perform computer-based work
- Frequently required to communicate (talk and hear)
- Occasionally required to:
- Stand, walk, or reach
- Use hands for handling or operating equipment
- Bend, kneel, crouch, or climb as needed
- Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
