Multiquip is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Boise operations. In this highly visible role, you'll partner directly with leadership to develop people strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic business partnership with hands-on HR leadership in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
âś… Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals
âś… Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
âś… Support recruiting efforts and help attract top talent
âś… Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
âś… Manage leave administration, workers' compensation, and compliance initiatives
âś… Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, benefits, and HR operations
âś… Analyze workforce data and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes
âś… Lead and develop HR team members while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management
What We're Looking For
âś” Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
âś” 5 years of progressive HR experience
âś” Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices
âś” Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or distribution operations preferred
âś” PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus
âś” Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Greenhouse ATS preferred
