Multiporpoise Management is looking for a General Manager for our Lincoln City South operations, and we’re not looking for someone who just wants a fancy title and a swivel chair. We need someone who can run the show. Someone who can lead a team, solve problems, keep owners happy, keep guests happier, watch the numbers, notice when something is falling through the cracks, and occasionally answer a question that absolutely could have been answered by reading the email.
You’ll oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy vacation rental location, including guest relations, front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue and expense management, team building, and employee development. On any given day, you might be: Leading your team. Hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, developing employees, conducting reviews and—when necessary—having those awkward conversations nobody puts on their vision board. Making sure departments are staffed, shifts are covered, vendors are communicating, front desk operations are running correctly, and everyone knows what they're supposed to be doing. Taking care of our owners. Building great relationships with current owners while also spotting opportunities to bring new owners into the Multiporpoise family. We want someone who is: A leader, not just a boss. Someone who understands that managing people doesn't mean sitting in an office sending emails asking why things aren't getting done.
