Job Summary:

Deliver standards-based instruction aligned to Colorado Academic Standards (ELA, math, health, and social studies)

Develop students’ literacy skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), including implementation of the Open Court curriculum

Build students’ mathematical thinking and problem-solving skills using the Bridges in Mathematics curriculum

Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners

Utilize formative assessments (i-Ready, DIBELS) to guide instruction

Collaborate daily with grade-level teams, specialists, and support staff

Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support student achievement
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

Possession of, or eligibility to obtain, a Colorado teaching license

Strong instructional, classroom management, and collaboration skills
