Job Description Position: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Hours: Part Time – 5 hours daily or more during peak periods

We have an immediate opening for a Human Resources Assistant. We are an operator and owner of convenience stores and gas stations throughout 4 states. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and has at least 2 years of administrative or human resources experience.
Willing to train the right candidate with previous administrative experience and is committed to a part-time position in our HR/Recruitment/Payroll Office.
Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant preferably in a human resources department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and able to learn other software applications used by the company.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Capable of interacting with company-wide employees professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Independent and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and solve issues effectively.
