JOB SUMMARY
Oversees multiple sites and multiple providers which may include a service line or different specialties. Monitors patient flow and daily operations through two or more practices to ensure appropriate utilization of physician time and staff coverage. Ensures compliance with all governing bodies (OSHA, OIG, CMS, DOH) Monitors or reviews patient registration and data entry into the system for timeliness, accuracy, and thoroughness. Develops special work load reports to adjust staffing levels as necessary. Approves time cards in API and ensures payroll is complete by Monday the required time. Reviews charges, visit encounters, and cash receipts for variations and patterns. Conducts spot audits to ensure regulatory compliance with established policies and procedures Insures that the practice staff follows all receivable/collection guidelines. Provides physician and staff training as required. Ensures patient satisfaction. Conducts patient surveys and questionnaires for customer service. Handles patient complaints. Ensures lines of communication open between practice staff and administration. Ensures high employee morale and a professional, effective, and efficient working atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Associate's Degree
- Preferred High School Diploma
- 4-7 years minimum of 4 years working within a physician office, 2 yrs supervisory exp. Required
- AHA- - Am Heart Assoc CPR
