Our Company: MULTI-SEALS, INC. is a manufacturer of precision adhesives used worldwide since 1982 in a variety of industries including electronics, fiber optics, automotive, aerospace, military, medical, and appliances.
We are seeking a full-time employee to operate high-volume production equipment and assist with maintaining and assembling compounding and powder processing equipment. As a dynamic small business supporting diverse industries, Multi-Seals employees must perform diverse functions, work well with coworkers, and have the ability to make sound judgments while following established procedures.

Job Types: Full-time (1st shift)
Salary: $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate high-volume production equipment
- Maintain tooling and production equipment
- Inspect parts and record data
- Perform tests/qualifications on new tooling and repaired tooling
- Stock production supplies as needed
- Clean work area at the end of each day
- Assist with cleaning and assembling extrusion and powder production equipment
- Assist with the formulation and manufacturing of production raw materials
- Operate forklift
- Additional responsibilities as directed by management and as aptitude allows
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or associate degree related to manufacturing
- Good time management and ability to complete tasks on schedule
- Ability to make sound judgments while following established procedures
- Ability to adjust to changes in job priorities
- Ability to work with a team or independently
- Troubleshooting skills
- Computer skills (including Excel, Word, VSPC)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Math skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to multitask
