We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team!
Location: Manchester, CT
Pay: $20-21.60/hr
Shift:
- 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
- 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4 pm to 12:30 am
Duties:
- Operate and monitor industrial furnaces according to safety and production guidelines
- Load and unload materials into the furnace
- Maintain accurate temperature and timing logs
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Work closely with the production team to meet quality standards
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or heat-treatment setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and stay alert on overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
