Ideal candidates will reside in the Central Maryland region including Columbia, Laurel, Annapolis, Ellicott City, or Silver Spring.In this role, you will drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term client relationships, owning the full client journey from onboarding to expansion, while ensuring projects are executed with excellence.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end client relationships: onboarding → service → growth → retentionMeet or exceed assigned revenue targets; maintain a 3x pipeline coverage ratio with ~30% close rateConduct client needs assessments, create proposals, and negotiate contracts.
