Maintenance Technician – Worcester, MA
Pay: $43,680 – $47,840 Benefits
Full-Time | On-Call Rotation
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our community in top shape! If you can fix it, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances—you’re exactly who we need.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle repairs and service requests
- Get units move-in ready
- Perform inspections & preventative maintenance
- Maintain grounds (including snow removal)
- Respond to emergency calls on rotation
What You Bring:
- 2 years’ maintenance experience (residential/multifamily preferred)
- Skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in all weather
- Reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Driver’s license preferred; EPA/HVAC cert a plus
