Leasing Specialist – Luxury Property

What You’ll Do
- Welcome and guide prospective residents on personalized property tours, highlighting the luxury features, amenities, and lifestyle of our community.
- Assist with the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless and exceptional resident experience.
- Partner with management and marketing teams to develop strategies that attract and retain high-quality residents.
- Maintain accurate leasing and resident records in Yardi and other systems.
- Support community operations by assisting with financial reports, vendor coordination, and resident relations.
- Conduct move-in/move-out inspections to ensure standards of excellence are consistently upheld.
What We’re Looking For
- Polished communication skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver first-class service.
- 1–2 years of hands-on property management or hospitality experience.
- High school diploma or GED required; Real Estate Sales License within 90 days of hire (training provided).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
