Cleaner – Residential Turnovers & Common Areas

About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail driven Cleaner who takes pride in making homes spotless. You’ll handle move out cleanings, common area upkeep, and occasional touch ups on newly renovated units. This job is for someone who moves fast and pays attention to detail not someone who needs babysitting.
What You’ll Do
- Perform full move out cleans (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, appliances, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and office areas.
- Report damages or maintenance issues during cleaning.
- Work efficiently and independently no micromanaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone dependable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Strong attention to detail you notice what others miss.
- Must have reliable transportation and a phone.
- Experience cleaning residential or rental properties is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
