What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Services Coordinator position at Multi Family Apartment Management Company?
Under the direction of the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, the Resident Services Coordinator is responsible for working to achieve maximized resident satisfaction and retention by providing excellent customer service to residents and guests. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate services to residents and visitors
- Manage administrative requests from residents and respond to resident inquiries
- Address resident concerns and issues in accordance with property service standards
- Assist office visitors ensuring their needs are met
- Create and maintain a positive environment for residents and visitors
- Assist with deliveries and receiving/distributing resident packages
- Assist with office mail
- Record resident service requests and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist residents and guests with parking restrictions and policies
- Assist with administrative and office needs
- Maintain schedules and calendars
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Property Management experience preferred
- Prior customer service experience required
- High school degree
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Must communicate ideas and information in an organized, clear, and concise manner, both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer skills, knowledge of Yardi highly preferred
- Ability to handle interpersonal situations.
- Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner while prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Resident Services Coordinators will perform all of their duties in compliance with federal and state laws pertaining to the Apartment Industry and Fair Housing.
Salary : $22
