What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi site Groundskeeper position at Multi Family Apartment Management Company?
MAJOR GOALS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is a multisite groundskeeping position between two apartment communities in Colorado Springs, CO
Responsible for assigned grounds and maintenance duties. Under the direct supervision of the. Community Manager, Service Manager or assigned supervisor, they are responsible for:
- Assisting in the achievement of the Community's annual budget plan.
- Some maintenance functions.
- Physical condition of the Community.
- Upholding all Company policies, goals and the Company values.
ESSENTIAL ACTIVITES:
- Perform assigned grounds and maintenance tasks in an organized and timely manner.
- Police the grounds on a daily basis; clean and maintain common areas.
- Pressure washing, exterior painting and maintenance of community common areas
- Care of assigned landscaping duties.
- Participate in an ongoing improvement plan.
- Perform all duties in a manner that will result in the highest quality Customer satisfaction.
- All other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Benefits:
