What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Professional Counselor or Social Worker position at Multi-County Counseling, Inc.?
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children, youth, adults, and their families? Multi-County Counseling Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a full-time licensed counselor to work with Individuals of all ages including children and couples. Services may be provided at our Purcell office or at area schools. If you have a Masters degree in a behavioral health field and want to utilize your skills and knowledge to make a difference, we want to hear from you! *This is an in person position, not remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive therapy services to children, youth, adults, and their families.
- Collaborate with other professionals in the field.
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a behavioral health field is required.
- It is required that you be either Licensed as an LPC, LMFT, LBP, or LSW-C.
- Experience and/or interest in working with children, youth, and families of all ages required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team type atmosphere.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Willingness to see children in a school setting in addition to the office.
