Poyner Mental Health Services is seeking an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to join our established group practice in Choctaw, Oklahoma, approximately 15 minutes from the Oklahoma City metro.
This is an employee position, not an independent contractor position. Compensation is 70% of collected revenue; benefits are not provided.
Our clinicians are able to focus on clinical work while our staff handles the business side of the practice, including scheduling, billing, reception, and phone calls. Each clinician has a private office in our well-appointed building, and the practice provides everything needed to see patients, including computers, phones, fax and copy services, and office supplies.
We serve a broad patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. Poyner Mental Health Services is well established in the community and has a large referral base, making it possible for clinicians to develop and maintain a strong caseload.
Our collection rate is excellent, and clinicians are not responsible for managing billing or collections.
