Boston Injury & Rehab is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist for our busy Personal Injury (PIP) medical clinic in Brockton. Our multi-specialty practice includes Orthopedic and Pain Management physicians, and Chiropractic care, providing comprehensive treatment for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.
We are looking for a professional, organized, and patient-focused individual who can manage a fast-paced front desk while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
- Verify patient information and manage PIP/auto accident cases
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Assist with general administrative and office duties
Qualifications
- Medical office or front desk experience preferred
- Experience with PIP / personal injury cases is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Basic computer and EMR experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation
$20 per hour (based on experience)
