Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist Lead Plumber in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Load and deliver materials as directed by the lead.
- Clean and prepare job sites before and after each task.
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform basic plumbing tasks under the supervision of the lead.
Competencies for Success
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
