Mulberry Acupuncture and Wellness is looking for an Associate Acupuncturist to join our clinic in downtown Longmont.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Acupuncturist will provide individualized acupuncture care with a strong emphasis on orthopedic pain and musculoskeletal conditions. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing thoughtful treatment plans, documenting care clearly, and helping patients feel genuinely supported throughout their course of treatment.
This is a part time position of approximately 25 to 30 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full time role. Candidates must be available to work Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.

Ideal candidates will have:
- Strong interest in orthopedic pain and musculoskeletal treatment Training or experience in trigger point therapy Comfort recommending herbs when appropriate and within their training and scope Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills A collaborative, dependable, and professional approach to patient care and teamwork The ability to create a safe, respectful, and professional environment for patients
Qualified candidates will also have:
- Current Colorado acupuncture license or eligibility for licensure in Colorado Master’s or doctoral degree in Acupuncture or Oriental Medicine from an accredited institution
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide safe, effective, and individualized acupuncture treatments Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans based on clinical findings, goals, and progress Treat a range of orthopedic and pain related conditions with thoughtfulness and skill Use supportive modalities, including trigger point therapy and related treatment tools, as appropriate Provide herbal recommendations when appropriate and within training and scope Maintain accurate and timely chart notes Help patients understand treatment recommendations and support continuity of care Collaborate with clinic staff to create a smooth and welcoming patient experience Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Contribute to a respectful, reliable, and supportive clinic culture
