Description:About Muir Wood Teen TreatmentMuir Wood Teen Treatment is a leading provider of residential and outpatient behavioral healthcare for teens ages 12–17. Whether you work directly with clients or support our programs behind the scenes, your compassion, presence, and professionalism help create hope and lasting change for the families we serve.The Care Coordinator Manager is responsible for the supervision of Shift Supervisors and Care Coordinators, providing counseling and therapeutic clinical services and linkage assistance to clients within a residential environment. The Care Coordinator Manager is also responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing Care Coordinators in accordance with policies and procedures, current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Train all Care Coordinators on resident records and licensing regulations.Familiarize Care Coordinators with procedures, location, use of documents, paperwork, resident charts and service plans.U/A training, procedure, documentation, and protocol.Write clear and concise statements, summarizing clients' feelings, expressions, resistance and response to their treatment plan; goals and objectives.Maintain policies regarding professional ethics, appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality.Participate in training and meet agency and licensure expectations related to training.Monitor documents according to company and HIPPA policies.Facilitate residents’ daily activities in residential setting including assistance with daily activities, chores supervision, assistance with meal service, laundry, etc.Transport residents to and from necessary appointments.Observe and monitor clients’ behavior and intervene based on schedule, individual treatment plans and house needs.Maintain documentation of services as required by applicable law and regulation, and other duties as assigned to facilitate program success and the ability of clients to benefit from programming.Professionally, ethically, and compassionately relate to clients and peers at all times.Execute other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.Requirements:Qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or AMFT, ASW preferredGroup Home Administrator Certification / must pass state Group Home Administrator test within 6 months of employment and complete internal manager trainingAt least 2 years’ experience working with dually diagnosed individuals or with high acuity population, preferably in a residential settingCertified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Level I (CADC-II) or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) preferredKnowledge of the philosophy and approach of the 12-step model of recovery (AA, CA, NA, Al-Anon, etc.) Benefits:Medical/Dental/VisionFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)401k MatchPTO/Sick PayEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Discount MarketplaceCompensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually depending on experienceMuir Wood Adolescent & Family Services provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
