Compensation
- $12–$14 per hour (based on experience)
- Additional tip-out from baristas and bartenders

Core Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, utensils, coffee urns, and milk urns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dish station at all times
- Follow all Mug Shot food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and air dried in designated areas
- Support front of house by:
- Bussing tables
- Assisting with glassware polishing and restocking
- Helping baristas and bartenders during high volume
- Keep floors, trash areas, and workspaces clean and safe throughout the shift
- Anticipate team needs and stay ahead during busy service periods
Standards & Expectations
- Dishwashing is a critical food safety position, not an afterthought
- Speed matters — but clean and sanitized always comes first
- Organization and consistency are required at all times
- All tasks must be completed and checked — accountability is key
Qualifications
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively
- Ability to stay focused and perform under pressure
