Duties
- Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all kitchen tools are properly stored and organized.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables, organizing supplies, and supporting the culinary team during busy service periods.
- Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup and breakdown as needed.
- Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to streamline cleaning processes during service hours for maximum efficiency.
- Help maintain a hygienic environment by adhering to cleaning schedules for floors, counters, and equipment.
