Job Description: Core Compliance – Administrator Experience: 1–4 years in Compliance Location: Mumbai Role Overview Seeking a junior compliance professional with hands‑on exposure to core compliance, including surveillance, OBI monitoring, and compliance engagement. Key Responsibilities Conduct post‑event surveillance of transactions and communications across products. Identify and escalate potential market abuse, conflicts of interest, or policy breaches. Support and implement various regional policies Assist in processing PAD queries, OBI requests, G&H requests Assist in implementation various regional initiatives (i.e. Annual Compliance Plan, Compliance Risk Assessment) Maintain records, review procedures, and assist in reporting surveillance metrics. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 2 years in compliance within financial services. Exposure to surveillance functions is a plus. Skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis. Detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to learn. Strong communication skills and sound judgement.
