The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, and able to balance childcare responsibilities with daily housekeeping tasks. This role requires strong multitasking skills, good judgment, and a proactive approach to supporting a busy household.Main Work Duties: Care for the 6-month-old during the day, including feeding, diapering, naps, playtime, and age-appropriate developmental activities.Assist with the twins’ when they return from school.Maintain daily household cleanliness and organization in between the cleaner’s visits.Handle all family laundry, including washing, folding, ironing, and putting away clothing and linens.Keep children’s rooms, play areas, living spaces, and the kitchen tidy throughout the day.Load and unload the dishwasher, wipe counters, manage trash, and maintain overall household order.Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children; assist with family meal prep sometimes.Restock household and children’s supplies (diapers, wipes, formula, snacks, cleaning products).Make beds, change linens, and refresh bathrooms as needed.Keep toys, closets, and common spaces organized and clutter-free.Assist the twins with afternoon routines—snacks, activities, light homework support, baths, and evening structure.Communicate daily updates to parents regarding schedules, routines, and any household or childcare needs.Required Qualities: A very good swimmer.
