Mueller Furniture is seeking a customer-focused Design Consultant to help clients find the right furniture solutions while providing an exceptional in-store experience. This role drives sales, builds long-term customer relationships, and supports our strong reputation for service and expertise.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers, build rapport, and identify their furniture and design needs.
- Present product options and guide customers through purchasing, financing, and delivery.
- Assist with room sketches, design coordination, and in-home consultations when needed.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on promotions and training.
- Ensure accurate sales tickets, timely follow-up, and consistent customer communication.
- Enter orders, manage leads, and document customer interactions in FurnServe.
- Keep the showroom and work areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Follow UP-LIST rotation procedures and respect colleague boundaries.
