We are seeking an experienced Part Time Sales Design Consultant to join our team!
This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive with in home or business sales and has an interest in Design and high-end sales. As a key member of our sales team, You will be paid well above the norm with commissions being 50% of profit on all sales. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on options for window treatments , consultive in appointments, a good listener and deliver exceptional customer service. Your expertise in product demonstrations will help clients find the perfect solution. Knowledge of Hunter Douglas Brand required. Other brands sold as well in economy price point.
This position offers flexible hours is a part time position perfect for stay at home mom or retired person. You will make your own schedule.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products Precise measuring skills. Have engaging consultations, informing customers of the benefits of the various product offerings.
- Building strong customer relationships is number one with our company. Providing personalized service, product demos, and selling premium solutions.
- Conducting inside sales appointments required within a 40 mile radius of 62025. Opportunity to expand client base and increase sales opportunities is optional.
- Negotiate deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction and closing sales efficiently this is a one appointment opportunity with flexible discount offerings. Goal is to close without pressure but by offering the perfect solution in the customers budget.
- Manage product samples and POS transactions accurately.
Experience
- Proven experience in window treatment sales with a focus on high-end products.
- Strong background in design and sales.
- Proficiency in calculating in using HD Brite quoting crm and Pic software helpful, but will train the right candidate.
- Excellent communication skills and a people person.
- Demonstrated success in inside sales environments with a track record of closing.
- Accuracy in math for measurements and pricing.
- Must dress professionally.
