- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a pet groomer or in a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different grooming styles for various breeds of dogs, cats, or other animals
- Familiarity with animal handling techniques and behavior
- Ability to handle animals of all sizes and temperaments with care and compassion
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners
Skills:
- Animal handling: Ability to safely handle and restrain animals during grooming procedures
- Equine: Knowledge of grooming techniques specific to horses (optional)
- Customer service: Ability to provide friendly and professional customer service to pet owners
- Veterinary: Basic understanding of animal health and common medical issues
