- Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and nail clipping tailored to each dog’s breed and individual needs
- Assess each pet’s health and behavior to ensure safe handling during grooming procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming tools, stations, and work areas to promote hygiene and safety
- Schedule appointments efficiently, managing multiple clients while providing excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and after-care instructions
- Assist with errand running or transportation of pets when necessary within the facility or to client residences
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment by providing personal assistance to pet owners and visitors
Requirements
