We are currently hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members who can also safely drive company trucks and trailers. This is a working crew position. You will be performing landscape maintenance alongside your team every day while also helping transport the crew and equipment between properties.

What You'll Do
- Safely drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites
- Load and secure landscape equipment and materials
- Perform landscape maintenance work including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, pruning, and bed maintenance
- Assist with seasonal services such as mulch installation, plant installation, and property cleanups
- Work closely with your crew to deliver clean, professional results on every property
- Represent MTScapes professionally on customer sites
This is not a driving-only position. Drivers work alongside the crew and contribute to the work like every other team member.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
- Willingness to perform physical outdoor work every day
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our yard in Cumming
- Landscape experience is helpful but we are willing to train the right person
