MTScapes builds and installs some of the most impressive commercial landscapes in the Southeast. Our construction teams install everything from large-scale plantings to grading, sod, drainage systems, and hardscape features.
We are hiring Landscape Installation Crew Members who can also safely drive company trucks and trailers. This is a working construction crew role. Drivers work alongside the team installing landscapes while also helping transport crews, materials, and equipment to job sites.

What You'll Do
- Safely drive company trucks and trailers to installation sites
- Load plants, materials, tools, and equipment for daily work
- Install trees, shrubs, and plants
- Assist with grading, sod installation, mulch installation, and site preparation
- Help with hardscape and drainage installation when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized truck, trailer, and job site
- Work with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely
This is not a driving-only job. Drivers are full members of the installation crew and work alongside the team every day.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
- Ability to perform physical outdoor construction work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to our Cumming yard
- Landscape or construction experience preferred but not required
