Troubleshooting system & application problems. Compliance of Quality Standards System maintenance and clean up. Proper Set Up, Activation and Monitoring of Paint Booth and Robot. Activate robot and monitor paint parts

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting system & application problems
- Compliance of Quality Standards
- System maintenance and clean up
- Compliance of all 5 S Standards
- Proper Set Up, Activation and Monitoring of Paint Booth and Robot
- Activate robot and monitor paint parts
- Complete testing of parts per procedures
- Mix paint
- Repaint parts (hand spray included)
- Some Robot Programming
- Other duties as assigned
- Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time
- Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area
- Properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials
- Must follow all RTI policies and procedures
- Knowledge & experience of paint application
- Experience with manual spray paint application
- Knowledge of Paint Types/Color Awareness
- Automated spray experience helpful
- Team oriented
- Safety Awareness
- Strong self-initiative and motivation
- Prompt regular attendance
- Willing and able to work overtime/weekends on short notice and attend all required meetings
- Good communication skills with ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to follow directions (written, spoken, and visual)
- Submit to and pass all drug screens
- Report any accidents / injuries /near misses immediately and cooperate fully with any investigations
- Follow all RTI policies and procedures
Salary : $31,100 - $39,300
