Purpose of Position: The Assembly Technician will contribute to the success of the Assembly Department by Collecting cycle times for all associates in training and entering cycle times and evaluate associates in ERP. They will also cover training topics and sign off records, create, update, and maintain temporary OP Standards, Deviation, and Change Point Control forms.

Responsibilities:
- Plan manpower and overtime
- Collect cycle times of all associates in training.
- Enter cycle times and evaluate associates in ERP.
- Cover training topics and sign off records.
- Create, update, and maintain temporary OP Standards, Deviation, and Change Point Control forms
- Submit process change requests.
- Monitor performance and efficiency of Production Aids
- Participate in PDCA/Action Plan completion.
- Attend training and other training activities.
- Investigate process bottlenecks and implement ideas to improve.
- Maintain Training Plans
- Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time.
- Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
