Anderson Paint - General Associate 2nd Shift

Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for a General Associate to contribute to the manufacture of quality painted parts for our customers and ensure product quality and perform job duties in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend daily pre-shift production meeting

1. Accurately utilize NAPS (North American Paint System) program to update daily production numbers and record data daily

2. Accurately track and record data pertaining to your position

3. Expected to work in all General Associate (GA) positions of the paint department (Load, Unload, DE-I, Inspect Works in Progress (IWIP), Process Works in Progress (PWIP), Labeling, Masking and Buffing)

4. Visually inspect product for defects and flaws at each stage of process following quality guidance and process Honda Engineering Standard (HES)

5. Load and unload parts on to/off of conveyor hanger for interior and/or exterior
6. Expected to follow all safety, production, quality and HR policies and procedures always in a safe manner

7. Follow specific written and oral instruction

8. Utilize 5S principles to clean, organize, stock, and prepare you area for incoming shift

9. Will perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Repetitive motions
• Push/pull 25 to 30lb. with moderate frequency
• Exposure to chemicals, solvents, and fumes
• Overtime may be required
