Anderson Injection - General Associate-Premium Pay Material Handler 1st Shift $17.42
Purpose of Position: The Injection Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery, preparation, and loading of plastic resins and related materials to molding machines. This role plays a key part in supporting production efficiency by maintaining proper material flow, monitoring inventory, and adhering to all MTNA safety and quality protocols.

Anderson Injection - General Associate-Premium Pay Material Handler 1st Shift $17.42
Purpose of Position: The Injection Material Handler is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery, preparation, and loading of plastic resins and related materials to molding machines. This role plays a key part in supporting production efficiency by maintaining proper material flow, monitoring inventory, and adhering to all MTNA safety and quality protocols.
Essential Job Functions
- Provide correct type & color of resin to Injection machines as scheduled with limited downtime
- Load and unload raw plastic materials (resins, colorants, additives) into hoppers and dryers for molding machines
- Provide documentation of color change time
- Correct all resin-related feed problems
- Monitor and maintain proper resin levels in machines to prevent downtime.
- Clean and change material hoppers, dryers, and lines to prevent contamination
- Remove and store WIP (Works in Progress) in designated locations
- Communicate concerns shift to shift and to support departments
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting and driving a forklift preferred but not required
- Available to work weekends when needed
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Basic Injection knowledge
- Strong communication ckills
- Ability to stand/walk 8 hours per day
- Forklift operation
- Climbing
- Positive attitude
