Anderson Assembly - Technician 1st Shift $20.01
Moriroku Technology North America in Anderson, IN is searching for a technician to ensure daily production goals are met in a safe and effective manner, while maintaining all MTNA policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate cycle times for improvements
- Set up of equipment and repair of minor machine problems
- Review schedule for required changes
- Maintains proper 5S throughout the department
- Performs periodic quality checks of parts
- Maintains a safe working environment following company policies
- May be required to operate machinery if needed to maintain production
- Aware of consequences to the customer, environment and the employee, if procedures are not followed
- Communicate equipment issues to all relevant departments
- Monitor and evaluate equipment performance and correct issues with quality or productivity.
- Perform quality checks at required intervals
- Works with Team Leader and trainer to aid in scheduling of associate placement
- Addresses shop floor issues in an expedient manner
- Preforms other functions as assigned
- Overtime as required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
