Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Manager located in Austin, TX. The Safety Manager will oversee occupational health and safety programs, ensure compliance with regulations, develop and deliver safety training programs, conduct accident investigations, and maintain a safe working environment. The position also involves collaborating with various teams to implement best practices in environment health and safety (EHS) within industrial and transit settings.
Qualifications
- Experience in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Proficiency in designing and delivering Safety Training programs
- Strong skills in Accident Investigation and Industrial Safety
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in team settings and lead safety initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred
- Certifications such as OSHA, CSP, or equivalent are advantageous
