Job Title: TIBCO Developer with .Net

Location: Fort Mill, SC (Look For local only)


Primary Skills Required:

  • .NET Development (C#, .NET Core/.NET)
  • RESTful API Development & Integration
  • TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x / 6.x)
  • TIBCO EMS (Enterprise Messaging Service)
  • Knowledge of AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
  • Message Queues / Event-driven design (TIBCO EMS, Kafka, or AWS SQS preferred)
  • CI/CD Pipelines (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins)
  • Containerization (Docker, ECS, EKS is a plus)
  • Performance Tuning & Debugging Skills


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in TIBCO to .NET migration projects
  • Familiarity with API Gateways (Kong, DataPower, etc.)
  • Understanding of Wealth Management / Financial Services domain
  • Agile/Scrum development experience


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET-based APIs and services
  • Work on TIBCO integrations (EMS, BW) and their migration to strategic platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on solution design and testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and API issues
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams
