Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceMax Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceMax solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceMax, Salesforce platform, and field service management best practices. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance ServiceMax solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical design and architecture of ServiceMax implementations and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceMax solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during all phases of the project lifecycle including discovery, design, implementation, and support.
• Design custom objects, flows, and workflows in ServiceMax.
• Develop integration strategies with external systems (ERP, CRM, Mobile, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to ServiceMax and Salesforce development best practices.
• Perform code reviews and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide resolution guidance.
• Mentor and guide development teams and junior architects.
• Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities in ServiceMax and Salesforce.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in ServiceMax implementations.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceMax configuration and customization, including Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Installed Base, Entitlements, and Contracts.
• Expertise in designing scalable technical architecture for enterprise-level field service solutions.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and data migration strategies.
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant and/or ServiceMax certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceMax mobile solutions and offline capabilities.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in managing offshore/onsite development teams.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or utilities industry is a plus.
