Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a collaborative Family Care team providing care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, NICU, and Pediatrics. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled RN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Provide compassionate care throughout the labor, delivery, postpartum, neonatal, and pediatric continuum.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery.
Carry out physician orders and clinical protocols accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Delegate appropriate responsibilities to ancillary staff while maintaining accountability for patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR.
Adhere to all hospital policies, safety standards, and professional nursing practices.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Active Wyoming Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of recent hospital nursing experience.
Previous experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Special Care Nursery, NICU, and Pediatrics required.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
Required Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Additional Information
Rotating shift assignment.
Two openings available.
Holiday coverage not required.
Active state license required at the time of submission.
Facility utilizes Epic electronic medical records.
